Job Description:
One of service clients is adding an Accountant to their team due
to a retirement. This role is budgeted within the company to be a
direct hire role at 20 hours per week. The schedule can vary, but
the company is seeking someone to work consistent hours during the
week. Flexible as to the hours, and if needed to work remote a
couple times a month that is okay. Evening or Weekend work is not
able to be accommodated.Duties:* Responsible for all accounting
(Accounts Payable, Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations), payroll
processing to 3rd praty and financial reporting.* Assist with
budgeting, cash flow reporting, and state filing requirements.*
Review and analyze financials.* Work with CPA firm* Oversee Month
End and Year End Close.Qualifications:* Bachelors in Business or
Accounting Required* 5+ Years in Accounting* Experienced within
QuickBooks
