Essential Job Functions
--- Oversee the activities of the Accounting Department for the
accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports
including, but not limited to, internal and external monthly
financial statements, and annual audits and annual budgets.
--- Oversee the activities of the Accounts Receivable/Payable
department to ensure the accurate and timely management of all
Accounts receivable aging components including billing, cash
receipts application, etc.
--- Prepare financial analysis of hotel progress to assist General
Manages with variance explanation and in achieving financial
--- Develop and implement financial control procedures and systems;
maintain documents for audits of hotel accounts; ensure compliance
with government regulations and contractual agreements.
--- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily
communication and coordination with other departments.
--- Ensure all accounts are reconciled on monthly basis, review and
submit those reconciliations for approval.
--- Other duties as assigned.

order to assist the Resource Center in performing their

order to assist wherever required.
--- Keeps General Manager and Corporate Controller promptly and
