You will be instrumental in driving AT&T's business-to-business sales while you learn the ins and outs of supporting a team of sales professionals. Key Responsibilities of an Account Manager Trainee: Act as the main contact for clients, nurturing strong, lasting relationships and managing their accounts. Gain a deep understanding of client business objectives, challenges, and requirements to offer customized solutions. Develop and execute strategies with other Account Manager Trainees and sales team members focused on enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty. Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion by recommending relevant services or solutions. Track and analyze client performance data, offering actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. Prepare and present regular account updates, presentations, and performance evaluations to clients. Remain informed about industry developments, market dynamics, and the competitive environment.
