Job Description Tenet South Carolina is seeking a Radiology Technologist Director for a job in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Radiology Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Duration: Ongoing - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours - Employment Type: Staff /n/n /n /n /n /n Exercises overall supervision of the department. Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and disciplines the employees according to the general personnel policies of the hospital. Will identify, study, and assist in resolving problems relating to the department. Manages staff assigned to the department. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned. /n /n /n /n /n/n/n /n /n /n /n /n /n /n Develops and manages the annual department operating and capital budgets; directs daily operations of assigned departments; directs performance of staff; has ability to hire, fire and discipline staff. Education: Required: Graduate of accredited Imaging Program Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree Experience: Required: 5 years technical experience and 2 years management experience. Certifications: Required: American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT); state license, if required, or acceptable equivalent Imaging Certification (ARDMS, ARMRIT).
