Job Description Commercial Loan Operations Analyst (LoanIQ &
Syndication) 12 months (with potential for extension or conversion)
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (flexibility required for
extended hours) Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) Interview
Process: 1 round – 30-minute virtual panel interview W2 Rate -
$66-68/hr Required Qualifications 3 years experience working with
commercial loans 1 years hands-on experience with LoanIQ Strong
knowledge of loan syndication processes Ability to manage multiple
priorities in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with loan
documentation and compliance requirements Experience in banking or
financial services operations is ideal but not required Key
Responsibilities Process and manage commercial loan transactions
using LoanIQ Support syndicated loan operations, including deal
setup, funding, and servicing Review loan documentation to ensure
accuracy and compliance with agreements Monitor loan activity,
including payments, interest calculations, and adjustments
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to
resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate records and ensure data
integrity across systems Communicate effectively with stakeholders
regarding loan status and issues
