As a Administrative Coordinator I, you will work collaboratively to coordinate communication with repossession agents, auction houses, and outside vendors in the disposition of collateral. You will be also responsible for performing administrative functions related to the remarketing process. How will you drive value within the organization as a Administrative Coordinator? Maintain relationships with repossession companies and vendors Assign accounts for repossession with repossession agents in a timely manner Work with repossession agents to coordinate the pick-up of vehicles that are identified for repossession Perform administrative functions to validate or confirm customer data; update accounts as needed Work with vendors to implement programs that provide alternative contact methods for customer communications Execute charge-off procedures as appropriate Maintain electronic records and files Foster a collaborative culture that facilitates the achievement of business plan objectives by working closely with other associates and members of management What should you already know to be successful as a Administrative Coordinator? High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of one-year experience in a relevant customer service role preferred Experience in automotive field and/or familiarity with the repossession process, account handling, and vendor communication highly desired Strong interpersonal skills Solid oral and written communication skills Team player that can adapt in a fast pace and changing environment Strong computer skills with working knowledge of internet and standard business applications such as Microsoft Office; ability to quickly learn new computer applications as required Ability to work effectively with a diverse customer and workforce population Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and demonstrated ability to effectively set and manage multiple conflicting priorities to meet deadlines Commitment to exemplifying the organizational core values and key competencies Employment Requirements Must be able to pass a criminal background check Must be flexible to work within departmental operating days and times which include Monday through Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading Talk and hear to exchange accurate information The position does not require travelJob Type: Full-timePay: $15.75 per hourBenefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Tuition reimbursement Vision insuranceSchedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday No weekendsApplication Question(s): The pay for this position is $15.75 per hour.
