Administrative Assistants to join our team in Greenville, South
Carolina. This is a long-term contract position ideal for
individuals with a strong background in administrative tasks and
customer service. The role involves supporting application
processes, assisting with documentation, and providing excellent
communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities: • Assist
applicants in completing forms, briefing packets, and addressing
missing documentation during on-site events. • Review submitted
applications for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all required
information is provided. • Prepare and send follow-up
communications, such as letters or emails, to address outstanding
documentation or clarify application details. • Maintain accurate
records and perform data entry tasks to keep documentation
organized and accessible. • Answer inbound calls professionally to
provide information and respond to inquiries. • Deliver exceptional
customer service by addressing applicant concerns with patience and
care. • Coordinate administrative processes and ensure smooth
operations during application events. • Support general office
duties, including receptionist tasks and managing correspondence. •
Collaborate with team members to ensure all administrative needs
are met efficiently. • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism
while handling sensitive applicant information.• Proven experience
in administrative support roles, preferably in a fast-paced
environment. • Strong verbal and written communication skills to
interact effectively with applicants and team members. •
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail for
managing records and documentation. • Ability to provide patient,
customer-focused service in sometimes challenging situations. •
Proficiency in data entry and basic office software, such as
Microsoft Office Suite. • Experience in answering and managing
inbound calls with professionalism. • Ability to multitask and
prioritize responsibilities effectively. • Comfortable working both
independently and as part of a team to achieve objectives.
