Marketing Specialist - HVAC Job DescriptionRTO National is the largest financing provider in the country for backyard storage products. The company has been in existence for over 15 years and is growing rapidly. We are taking our knowledge of financing to a new market, HVAC. To assist us in growing this product line, RTO National is currently recruiting for a Marketing Specialist for our HVAC product line.Why RTO National? In this role, you will:

• Execute on strategies and projects created to increase deal volume and acquire new partnerships.
• Own projects start to finish that fit into overall sales and marketing strategies.
• Work with our team to implement sales and marketing plans to target specific dealer groups.
• Increase the number of active HVAC dealers.
• Develop support materials and resources to aid in increasing deal volume per active dealer.
• Maintain and improve rhythm and consistency of communications (editorial calendar across all mediums of social media). To be successful in this role, you need to possess:
• Understanding of marketing fundamentals and current marketing trends.
• The ability to manage projects and execute marketing strategies.
• 3 years of marketing and communication experience
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• The ability to see and communicate the big picture in an inspiring way and be able to determine opportunities and threats through comprehensive analysis of current and future trends.
• Excellent organizational skills
• The experience to convince others to pursue a course of action
• The capability to deal with competing priorities and projects.
• Exceptional efficiency in order to produce significant output.
• A teamwork focused attitude
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
• A creative and innovate thought process.
