Furman Capital Advisors Marketing Specialist

Furman Capital Advisors (FCA) is the investment sales division of NAI Earle Furman specializing in the sale of multi-family and commercial investment properties throughout the Southeast. Headquartered in downtown Greenville, SC, FCA is in search of a difference-maker to develop marketing content to meet and surpass market trends while maintaining the high values and standards of the company. -The right candidate will understand how to market both a service (real estate services) as well as a product (the real estate itself) and will have the opportunity to inspire and create marketing content, brand messaging, and overall marketing strategy.
The person who will be successful in this role will relish challenging assignments that require creativity, organization, and efficiency. This position will evolve and may serve as a launching position to future growth opportunities at FCA.

Essential Job Functions:
Maintain the FCA brand to ensure consistency of marketing campaigns and overall marketing strategy across all FCA teams & platforms
Develop and grow the FCA brand awareness through digital marketing and social media campaigns
Design and develop consistent content for marketing e-blast campaigns, advertisements, and social media to drive traffic to the FCA website
Optimize, manage, and maintain the FCA website
Manage email marketing campaigns to drive website traffic and capture leads
Create best in class listing proposals, offering memorandums, teaser flyers, aerials, site plans, market data, etc.
Graphic Design - Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for digital design
Copywriting - Operate as a hands-on contributor in writing, rewriting, editing, and proofreading materials for publication
Typography - Make written language both legible and visually appealing
Maintain the marketing project calendar for all projects, social media posts, and eblasts
Develop, post, and publish press releases and closing announcements
Conduct market research as needed
Optimize digital strategy for SEO
Research CRE marketing trends and identify potential marketing opportunities
Manage relationships with media, property listing sites, and vendors
Communicate with sales teams to determine marketing support needs
Communicate with shareholders and team leaders to keep all apprised of pending projects and obligations
Miscellaneous administrative duties in support of sales, office, and marketing-related objectives
Complete other assignments as requested by management

Requirements and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Public Relations
Minimum of 5 years' experience in professional service marketing and brand management
Design experience in the Adobe Suite, specifically Photoshop and InDesign
Website design and maintenance experience with WordPress
Experience in producing industry leading digital and online marketing campaigns
Financial Services / Commercial Real Estate experience is highly preferred
