Our client, a leading organization in facility management, is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting the operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Facilities Technician Location: Greer, SC Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM Pay: $32 per hour What's the Job? Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal operation Support senior technicians with complex repairs, installations, and troubleshooting Assist with basic plumbing and electrical tasks as needed Monitor building systems and complete work orders accurately Manage inventory and maintain tools to ensure readiness for maintenance activities What's Needed? EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred) High school diploma or equivalent At least 2 years of HVAC maintenance experience Basic understanding of commercial HVAC systems Ability to read technical manuals and schematics What's in it for me?
