Job Description:
Ready to join a leading residential construction team dedicated
to crafting high-quality custom homes? We're seeking an experienced
Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from
start to finish. Responsibilities: Manage all phases of
construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure
compliance. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years of custom ground-up home construction
experience. Proven project management skills and knowledge of
building codes. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
