Competitive pay Excellent employee health insurance options 401k matching PTO and paid holidays off Opportunities for promotions Job Details Responsibilities: As a Permanent Commercial HVAC Technician, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 1. Installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in commercial buildings. 2. Diagnosing and repairing faults in HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, air conditioning units, cooling systems, and refrigeration systems. 3. Performing regular preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely. 4. Responding promptly to emergency call-outs and resolving HVAC issues as quickly and efficiently as possible. 5. Providing technical advice and guidance to clients and colleagues on HVAC installation and maintenance. 6. Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant health and safety regulations. 7. Keeping accurate records of all work carried out, including any parts used and time spent on each job. 8. Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in HVAC technology and regulations. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years' experience as a HVAC Technician, ideally within the Construction industry. 2. Proven experience working with a variety of HVAC systems, including Industrial, Chillers, Boilers, Air Conditioning, Cooling, Refrigeration and HVAC Installation. 3. A relevant qualification in HVAC or a related field. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and repair faults in HVAC systems. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide technical advice and guidance to clients and colleagues. 6. A high level of physical fitness, as the role involves manual handling and working at heights. 7. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different job sites as required. 8.
