We are growing and looking to partner with skilled Painting Subcontractors (individuals or established crews) who share our dedication to high standards. Partnership Overview We are seeking established professional Subcontractors with strong skills in both painting and light carpentry. We are open to working with both individual "lone wolf" painters and full crews. You must be a fully independent business entity. You will be responsible for executing projects including thorough preparation, drywall repair, applying fine finishes, and installing trim according to our scope of work. Scope of Work & Responsibilities Surface Preparation: Meticulously prepare all interior and exterior surfaces, including scraping, sanding, caulking, and filling holes. Repairs: Perform drywall repairs and replacement as needed. Protection: Supply and utilize drop cloths, tape, paper, and painter's plastic to protect all client surfaces (floors, furniture, fixtures). Application: Apply paint, stain, and other finishes using your own brushes, rollers, and airless sprayers with precision. Carpentry: Install finish carpentry, including trim, baseboards, and crown molding. Materials: Coordinate with Project Managers regarding material provision (paint and sundries will be determined on a per-job basis). Job Site Standards: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times. Professionalism: Communicate professionally with our project managers and clients. Requirements & Qualifications To be considered for this partnership, you must meet the following criteria: Business Verification: Must provide proof of a registered business entity (LLC, Sole Proprietorship, etc.). Insurance: Must provide a current Certificate of Insurance (COI) for General Liability. Contract: Must be willing to sign a Subcontractor Agreement agreeing to our terms, conditions, and workmanship standards. Tools & Equipment: Must provide your own vehicle, tools, ladders, sprayers, and equipment necessary to complete the job. Experience: Proven professional painting experience (Residential and Commercial) with references. Technical Skills: Proficiency with airless paint sprayers, drywall patching/repair, and trim installation (baseboard/crown molding). Reliability: Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and able to meet project deadlines. Compensation & Benefits Pay Structure: Competitive Pay / Bid per Job. Payment: Reliable payment terms upon project completion or agreed-upon milestones. Note: This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
