Job Description:
Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Augusta, GA
Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm Pay: $19-22/hour (Depends on experience)
Position Summary: We are seeking a customer-focused Customer
Service Representative to support customer accounts and provide
high-quality service across internal and external partners. This
role is responsible for managing customer communications,
supporting account health, and resolving service-related inquiries.
The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills,
problem-solving abilities, and prior customer service experience,
preferably within a supply chain or healthcare environment.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities: Create, maintain, and
strengthen customer relationships by developing an understanding of
customer culture, needs, and business strategies. Serve as a
primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and
virtual or in-person meetings. Provide world-class customer support
by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer
satisfaction. Advise customers on order status, changes, or service
improvements; follow up on account-related issues to ensure
resolution. Collaborate with internal teams to identify customer
needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Monitor customer account
health and escalate concerns as needed. Accurately document
customer interactions, updates, and resolutions in internal
systems. Assist with preparing customer-facing or internal
presentations and reports as needed. Maintain professionalism and
adhere to company policies and service standards. Qualifications &
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior
Customer Service Representative experience required. Preferred
background in supply chain, healthcare, or a related field. Strong
verbal, written, and phone communication skills. Excellent
organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage
multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced
environment. Proficiency with standard office software and systems.
