looking for candidates to join our Client Services Team as a
Connect Customer Service Specialist. The Connect Customer Service
Specialist delivers exceptional service and support to our Group
Benefits division, carrier partners, and clients through a high
level of professionalism, accuracy, and timeliness Members of this
team demonstrate excellent organizational skills, effective
communication, strong customer service skills, attention to detail,
and maintain a positive proactive attitude ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is accountable for providing
exceptional service support to the Amwins Connect sales teams,
brokers, and carrier partners. Investigate and resolve data
inconsistencies Collaborate with internal teams to resolve plan
related issues Process broker of record and/or agent of record
changes ensuring accurate and timely completion Process book of
business transfer requests and ensure accurate broker, sales, and
commission updates across systems Contribute to process
improvements by identifying trends, recurring issues, and
opportunities to help streamline workflows Consistently respond to
all clients in a timely and efficient manner Interact with carrier
partners to resolve service issues and ensure effective resolution
Attend all required training sessions All other duties as assigned
NECESSARY SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES Excellent phone skills Strong people
skills Ability to follow directions and meet deadlines Ability to
stay organized and prioritize tasks efficiently Proficient in MS
Office Suite Proficient in Excel TO THE QUALIFIED CANDIDATE WE
