Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

Candidates will provide resource and inclusion support to students
with diverse learning needs, fostering an inclusive and supportive
classroom environment. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver
individualized instruction and support to students with special
needs in a middle school environment. - Collaborate with general
education teachers to implement inclusive strategies and
accommodations. - Develop and maintain Individualized Education
Programs (IEPs) in compliance with state regulations. - Monitor
student progress and adjust teaching methods to meet diverse needs.
- Participate in team meetings and parent conferences to ensure
student success. - Maintain accurate documentation and records as
required. Desired Qualifications: - Valid Special Education
Teaching certification. - Experience working with middle school
students in resource and inclusion settings. - Strong knowledge of
IEP development and implementation. - Ability to collaborate
effectively with a multidisciplinary team. - Strong organizational
and communication skills. - Commitment to fostering an inclusive
classroom culture. Location and Schedule: - Position is based in
Lincolnton, North Carolina, supporting a middle school. - In-person
instruction and collaboration. - Contract duration aligns with the
