Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This role is
ideal for a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech
Language Pathologist Assistant holding ASHA CCC credentials, eager
to contribute expertise in a school setting. The position supports
students from kindergarten through 8th grade within an elementary
school environment, offering a focus on pediatric speech therapy
services. This is a contract role located near Charlotte, NC, with
a schedule of 24 hours per week across 3 days. Key
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive speech-language evaluations
and therapy to K-8 students Collaborate with educators and families
to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Document progress
and maintain accurate records in accordance with school policies
Utilize both in-person and teletherapy techniques to deliver
effective therapy services Support communication development and
address speech, language, and fluency disorders among pediatric
populations Preferred Qualifications: Valid North Carolina SLP
License ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience
working in school-based speech-language pathology Capable of
delivering services across healthcare and teletherapy settings
Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to student success
Location: Elementary school near Charlotte, NC (Gastonia area) This
part-time contract position offers a competitive compensation
