New Graduate Registered Nurse position is designed to offer a

outstanding patient care. This role encompasses a variety of
responsibilities including patient assessment, coordination of
care, implementing nursing interventions, and contributing to a
multidisciplinary team. At HCA Healthcare, we provide a nurturing
environment where you can develop your skills alongside leading
healthcare professionals. Assess patient health problems and needs,
develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical
records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or
disabled patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and
disease prevention or provide case management. Monitor all aspects
of patient care, including diet and physical activity. Prepare
patients for, and assist with, examinations or treatments. Strong
clinical skills in a healthcare setting Ability to work effectively
in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proficient in medical software and EHR systems
