Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at a school location in Concord, NC, serving students within a reputable county school district. The contract runs from ASAP through May 28, 2026, requiring a commitment of 37.5 hours per week. This role focuses on delivering school-based SLP services to support student communication and language development. Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy to students according to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) - Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective communication interventions - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school policies and state regulations - Utilize ECATS (Educational Community Training and System) for reporting and tracking student progress - Participate in staff meetings, IEP meetings, and professional development activities as required Qualifications and Experience: - Active and valid North Carolina Speech-Language Pathology License required - Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred or equivalent school-based SLP credential - Demonstrated experience working as an SLP in school settings - Familiarity with ECATS and education-related compliance standards - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with students, families, and school staff Location: - Concord, North Carolina (school-based setting) Additional Information: - Full-time contract position (37.5 hours per week) - Interviews conducted via Zoom This opportunity is ideal for a licensed SLP ready to contribute to student success with proven experience in school-based speech-language services and compliance with NC licensure and ECATS use.
