Description: We are Lockheed Martin
Join the Lockheed Martin team as a Quality Assurance Engineer,
supporting Internal Audit and QMS compliance and Corrective Action
Request (CAR / iCAR) process by assisting/coordinating with process
owners in identifying root causes, ensuring that appropriate
corrective actions are developed and completed to prevent
recurrence.
Other responsibilities include:
--- Validate the corrective action plan was effective.
---Investigate Product Rework and coordinate corrective actions,
identifies trends, and develops metrics on Aircraft Sustainment
programs at the Greenville facility.
--- Performs process audits to ensure compliance to DCMAI 8210.1C1.
AS9100/AS9110 and Environmental Safety and Health (ESH).
--- Interfaces with customers and program personnel on quality
related issues.
--- Incorporate lean initiatives to reduce waste and maintain
continuous improvement.
--- Reviews documentation related to manufacturing and sustainment
processes to ensure quality products are delivered to the
customer.
--- Participate in Customer working group meetings, assist in
problem resolution and insures responsible parties are communicated
to for meeting commitments
--- Effectively communicates and interfaces with LM leadership team
and Customer Representatives

This position is in Greenville, SC Discover Greenville.
Basic Qualifications:
--- Bachelors degree or 7 years experience in absence of Bachelors
Degree
--- Experience with Quality principles, inspection methods, QMS
Audit. and technical data in the Aerospace industry
--- Experience with establishing and maintaining performance
measures
--- 5 years of experience with root cause/corrective action (RCCA)
and/or process analysis/improvement tools
--- Experience with at least one of the following Quality
Standards: ISO 9001, AS9100, AS9110
Desired Skills:
--- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
--- Experience interpreting and applying technical specifications
to determine compliance with requirements
--- Strong communication and presentation skills (both written and
verbal)
---Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification
--- Ability to organize and track multiple activities and
prioritize task based on importance
--- Effective interpersonal skills, including Team building problem
solving and collaboration skills
--- Experience as an AS9100 or AS9110 Auditor
--- Experience with metrics creation and trend analysis

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated
with this position will be performed onsite at a designated
Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate
work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our
employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day
work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules
provide employees with additional time away from the office and are
in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
