Release Train Engineer SAFe Coach

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Release Train Engineer/SAFe Coach for a remote opportunity.
Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and launch successful agile release trains in a multi-vendor, public sector environment
Facilitate release planning and communication with stakeholders and customers
Ensure adherence to Lean-Agile best practices, internal controls, and governance

Qualifications:

Launched at least 3 Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and 5+ years in agile delivery leadership or coaching roles
Bachelor's Degree required
SAFe Certification required, SPC Strongly Preferred, and Scrum-certified by Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org required
Experience launching agile teams and Agile Release Trains, building a Continuous Delivery Pipeline, and empowering a Lean Portfolio
Experience supporting and executing PI Planning events and coordinating multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
