Pest & Termite Technician Responsibilities

• Complete company paid training to learn pest control skills.
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within assigned territory.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services.
• Serve as a problem solver for customers to determine the best pest/termite solutions.
• Complete all required service-related documentation using a hand-held device.Requirements for Pest & Termite Technician
  
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Ability to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments.
  • Ability to work in crawlspaces and attic spaces.Pest & Termite Technician Compensation & Benefits

    • Starting pay of $20.00 an hour plus commission.
