Job Description:
SaNew Business Development Manager Charlotte based US Subsidiary
of a German Based manufacturing Company in the field of temperature
and air controls seek s a results-driven new business development
leader to join their current sales team to develop current accounts
and bring in new clients to the company . This is a Direct Hire
position in South Charlotte with a salary of $ 82 ,000 - $ 95 ,000
plus rich bonus program (total comp range $140K-160K) and good
benefits with 100% of employee paid and 50% of family benefits
paid, plus car allowance. Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute
sales plans in the field of temperature control technology to drive
revenue growth in the US market. Identify, engage, and build
relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Lead negotiations
and close high-value sales deals. Monitor market trends and
competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses
for senior management. Conducting competitive and market analyses
to derive strategic recommendations Establishing, maintaining and
developing long-term customer relationships Identifying potential
new customers and approaching them in collaboration with sales
management Development and presentation of standardized or
customized solutions for customer requirements Demonstration and
presentation of the technology to interested parties, clarification
of technical requirements Preparation of quotations and independent
negotiation of contracts Close collaboration with Office-Team the
US the same as with the Headquarters in Germany such as Internal
Sales; finance, engineering; design, production and service
Managing the handover of projects to operational processing
Participation in trade fairs, congresses and other industry events
to expand the network and strengthen the company's market presence
Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses
for senior management. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s or
Associate degree in technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering
or industrial engineering) or a comparable qualification Minimum of
7-10 years of sales experience, business development or in a
comparable position, ideally in specialized electrical or
mechanical background. Enjoy exploring new technologies and markets
coupled with a creative and flexible way of working Proven track
record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Drive annual sales
results and long-term Operational Solutions deliver signed purchase
contracts to achieve annual sales quota Technical understanding and
the ability to communicate complex issues in an understandable way
Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as
intercultural competence Independent, conscientious, authentic and
