Job Description:
Tri-Lift Inc. is seeking a skilled Forklift Service Technician
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in
maintaining and repairing a variety of forklifts and material
handling equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Working with Tri-Lift Inc., you will be part of a respected company
dedicated to providing top-quality equipment solutions and
exceptional service to a wide range of industries. Perform routine
maintenance and emergency repairs on forklifts and other material
handling equipment. Diagnose mechanical issues and provide timely
solutions. Ensure all equipment meets safety and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide
updates and ensure customer satisfaction. Manage inventory of parts
and supplies, placing orders as necessary. Collaborate with sales
and other departments to assist with equipment demonstrations and
provide technical support. Strong mechanical aptitude with the
ability to troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, electric, and
combustion engine systems. Excellent communication and customer
service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time
effectively. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Capability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics.
