As a CNC Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our
manufacturing process, producing precision components that are
integral to our high-performance coupling systems. This is a
fantastic opportunity to work with state-of-the-art machinery and
be part of a dynamic and collaborative team! As a CNC Operator, you
will be responsible for operating computer numerical controlled
(CNC) mills and lathes to produce precision metal components. A key
part of the role is to inspect products to drawing specifications.
Candidates should be able to read blueprints and use measuring
instruments like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to perform
inspections. Ideal candidates will have the ability to recognize
machining issues and make necessary adjustments. At Dixon Quick

machines Work safely around equipment and coworkers Participate in
training and learn about Dixon products Perform daily maintenance
activities Demonstrate flexibility with rotating assignments Work
as part of a team What We're Looking For: High School Diploma or
equivalent required At least 2 years of CNC experience is preferred
Experience as a CNC Mill or Lathe Operator is preferred Previous
experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment is
required Mechanical aptitude Ability to use measuring tools and
read blueprints Ability to use shop mathematics Ability to stand
for 8 hours Ability to lift up to 50 pounds over the course of a
shift Willingness to learn new things and be part of a team Great
