Qualifications 5-10 years of steady experience leading commercial construction projects: Office, Education, Healthcare, Infrastructure, Industrial Bachelor's degree in a related field Proven track record of success in generating business and managing commercial builds of $15M Strong skills in project scheduling, construction processes, and project management methodologies. Proficient in stakeholder engagement and effectively managing client relationships. Experience in budget management and resource allocation for large-scale projects. Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide project teams and maintain stakeholder relationships.
