Job Description:

our team as Engineer IV. In this role, you will apply your advanced
engineering skills to maintain the integrity and functioning of our
properties, ensuring operational excellence and guest satisfaction
align with Marriott's heritage of innovative service and quality
hospitality. You will lead complex engineering projects, mentor
junior engineers, and implement cutting-edge technological
solutions to enhance our service capabilities and infrastructure
resilience. Lead engineering projects from conception to
completion, ensuring they meet budget, timeline, and quality
standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits of hotel
facilities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and
environmental standards. Troubleshoot complex mechanical,
electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. Implement energy-saving
measures and innovate solutions to enhance efficiency and
sustainability. Mentor and supervise junior engineering staff,
providing training and development to uphold Marriott's standards
of excellence. Collaborate with other departments to align
engineering strategies with broader operational goals. Advanced
knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
Strong project management skills. Excellent leadership and
communication abilities. Proficient in Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
software. Knowledge of sustainability practices and energy
efficiency technologies. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Professional Engineer (PE) license
preferred. Certified Engineering Manager (CEM) or equivalent.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
