Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics team as an In-Country F-16
Avionics Intermediate Shop (AIS) Field Service Engineer (FSE) for
the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Air Force at Al Dhafrah Air Base
(AB), UAE. This position will serve as the F-16 Avionics ATE Field
Service Engineer (FSE) by providing on-site repair, advice,
liaison, and training in the installation, operation and
maintenance of equipment and systems related to F-16 avionics What
You Will Be Doing * Provide on-site/on-equipment repair and
informal unit training to the component level on installation,
maintenance and operating techniques pertaining to the adjustment,
calibration, trouble-shooting, bench check, routine maintenance,
inspection and repair of the prime equipment/system. * Devise local
informal training programs and provide advice in identifying needed
training programs. * Render technical advice to resolve difficult
and unusual maintenance problems. * Provide liaison through which
information related to maintenance and operational problems can be
quickly disseminated to operations and maintenance personnel. *
Provide training on the use and interpretation of applicable
technical orders. Provide advice as requested to assist in accident
investigation and preparing failure data reports and unsatisfactory
reports. * Be willing to work any shift, and weekends. Some travel

Qualifications The following Basic Qualifications are skills that a
candidate must possess to be considered for this position: *
Aircraft avionics experience must include at least 3 years with
F-16 Systems/Subsystems supporting flight line and/or back shop. *
Familiarity with electrical test equipment (multimeters,
oscilloscopes, function generators, etc.) * Experience with
Microsoft Office Suite - Word, PowerPoint, Excel. * Must be a
United States citizen and must possess an active Interim Secret
Security Clearance. Desired skills The following Desired Skills are
not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart
from the other candidates: * Knowledge of F-16 pilot and maintainer
systems & processes, and/or logistics support. * Detailed Knowledge
of Automated Test Equipment operations and repair * Have a valid US

Ability to work remotely Onsite Full-time: The work associated with
this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports
a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Security Clearance Information This position requires a
government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for
consideration. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this
position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most
major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,
Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is
$95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
location. Please note that the salary information is a general
guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not
limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's
work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market
and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits

to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for
holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated
based on start date during the calendar year. This position is
incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for
this position in most major metropolitan areas in California,
Massachusetts, and New York is $109,200 - $189,290. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
