Job Description:
Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment (AFS)
team on a long-term assignment, serving as the F-16 in-country
Aircraft Modi?cation Supervisor at Polish Air Base, Poznan. The
successful candidate will serve as a leader within the AFS
Maintenance, Overhaul, and Upgrade (MUO) team. This will be a
working lead position. This role will serve as the primary
in-country point of contact with the customer to provide
comprehensive program oversight to ensure all modi?cation
activities are implemented consistent with planned strategies and
commitments and achieve 100% delivery of modi?ed aircraft to meet
AFS and customer expectations. The selected candidate will deploy
directly to the customer site in Poland. Supervisor will be
responsible for two site location in the region Lask AB and Poznan
AB. What You Will Be Doing The selected candidate will a
highly-motivated person who will be skilled at performing the
following responsibilities: • Provide strategic direction to
support modi?cation kit installation with emphasis on quality,
schedule, and cost reduction. • Assist the customer by providing
F-16 Avionics and Electrical SME expertise in the areas of task
coordination, modi?cation, and schedule performance. • Advise
customer teams to ensure modi?cation activities are implemented per
established modi?cation plans. • Provide technical consultation and
analysis support of the modi?cation kit installation and planning
activities, including guidance and advice for initial and follow-on
kit installation such as: equipment installations, structural
changes, harness modi?cations, and harness routing. • Provide
interpretation of reference planning and recommendations on
sequencing the modi?cation tasks to improve e?ciencies during kit
installation. • Provide technical support for drawing,
speci?cation, and technical order interpretation. • Support
troubleshooting, cause and corrective action activities as well as
mitigation plans. • Responsible for hiring and management of CFT
personnel. Coordinates talent management strategies with Human
Resources (HR), Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning and
Training. • May serve as the in-country security point of contact
monitoring the security situation and implementing actions in
accordance with de?ned evacuation plans for all LM employees and
dependents as required. • Demonstrate LM values, demonstrate a

communication with Aircraft Maintenance & Support Engineering. •
Must be United States citizen. Must possess a Final Secret Security

Qualifications The following Basic Qualifications are skills that a
candidate must possess to be considered for this position: -
Experience reading and interpreting written specifications,
blueprints, engineering drawings, understanding symbols, flags and
general notes. - Leadership experience with post-delivery aircraft
modification, overhaul, and upgrade, in-service repair and
inspection efforts. - Experience coaching and developing Aircraft
Maintenance, Upgrade and Overhaul (MUO) team members - Experience
working with F-16 systems, Time Compliance Technical Orders and Job
guides - Experience with Microsoft Office applications required -
MOD and or L-Code experience Desired skills The following Desired

candidate apart from the other candidates: • Proven technical
leader with experience representing the Lockheed Martin (LM)
position during recurring meetings with the senior leadership •
Program management and aircraft modification experience •
Experience providing technical assistance, kit management, and
modification planning • Experience with support equipment,
familiarity with aircraft maintenance procedures, ability to read
and interpret engineering drawings, source data and technical
documents • Organizational and communications skills with foreign
nationals and working within foreign cultures. • Knowledge of
International Human Resources foreign assignment policies and
procedures, as well as in-country Operating Procedures. •

Ability to work remotely Onsite Full-time: The work associated with
this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports
a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Security Clearance Information This position requires a
government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for
consideration. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this
position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most
major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,
Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is
$77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
location. Please note that the salary information is a general
