Job Description:
Service Company is looking to hire a Sales Manager with proven
experience managing and developing a team of inside/outside sales
representatives and customer service representatives. This person
will be a crucial member of the leadership team and will be
responsible for goal setting and growing the business. The company
is growing and has a strong culture, strong compensation plan, and
an excellent reputation. Requirements: 5+ years' experience in
sales and/or customer service leadership Leadership and training
experience Proven success leading a sales team and setting goals
Possess strong customer focus in a service minded industry Ability
to work both independently and collaboratively Must be
self-motivated, able to multi-task and enjoy working at a fast pace
Strong communication skills, written and verbal Bachelor's Degree
