Hubbell is committed to continually innovating solutions that work, transforming old products with new ideas, and ensuring that we Energize, Enlighten and Empower the communities that support us.Position OverviewThe Campus Program Manager role will be responsible for building and executing a strategy that creates a strong brand for Hubbell Incorporated across selected universities and colleges to attract undergraduate and graduate students into the talent pipeline to fill positions as interns, full-time hires and Hubbell Rotational Program participants. The position requires the incumbent to be able to work with all levels of leaders and employees, support all aspects of campus programs including relationship building with key school partners; spearhead events and activities to build Hubbell Incorporated brand; partner with HR teams and hiring managers to ensure proactive alignment of positions, interviews and selection; deliver consistent reporting to CEO Council and HR Leads; ensure an enterprise-wide approach to all campus activities and train teams on all processes.-- The position will also be responsible for the re-introduction of the Hubbell Rotational Program and all new elements, setting up governance, process, and execution activities to ensure a successful program.The leader will need to partner with the HR teams to understand the long-term strategic workforce plan for early career hiring and work with them to translate it into upcoming summer intern program and yearly Hubbell Rotation Program pipeline participation targets.-- They will then work with teams to develop recruitment strategies and partner to implement to business needs.-- This role has high visibility to senior leaders of the company through events, updates and presentations.-- They will need to exhibit executive presence to various levels as a key representative of the company and the programs both internally and externally.--Duties and ResponsibilitiesROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Primary Responsibilities:Understand long-term strategic workforce plan for early career hiring and work with HR teams to translate it into upcoming summer intern program and yearly Hubbell Rotation Program pipeline. --Work with teams to develop recruitment and partner to implement to meet the needs of the businesses.Partner and consult with our Businesses, HR leads, and Regional Staffing Managers on setting our global campus recruiting priorities, focus, and approach.------- --Be creative, cost-effective, and timely while attracting quality, diverse candidates.------- --Plan, coordinate and attend campus events to attract top talent and contribute to fulfilling diversity initiatives.------- --Train managers and representatives that will attend events------- --Develop and maintain relationships with college placement offices and key faculty.------- --Partner with our Talent Acquisition team in creating the approach to target and attract top campus and intern talent globally via our social media properties, recruitment marketing, and external presence.------- --Partner with Inclusion & Diversity team to enhance and support current initiatives and goals------- --Create and closely monitor campus and intern recruitment metrics and make the necessary adjustments to our approach and investments as a result.------- --Develop key initiatives to grow and develop our campus program and involvement to consistently represent the enterprise for college programs.------- --Plan, coordinate and set processes for the summer intern program for all locations------- --Ensure robust Summer Program to engage all Hubbell interns across enterprise--------- --Design, develop and implement all aspects of Hubbell Rotation Program--Skills and Experience------- --Bachelor or Master Degree or equivalent work experience, in Business or equivalent.------- --Five (5) or more years of experience in technical, campus and intern recruitment program.------- --Three (3) or more years of technical recruitment experience.------- --Demonstrated success developing and expanding a university recruiting program, ideally across multiple countries.------- --Must be able to travel 25-30% of the time (within the United States), with up to 50% during peak campus recruiting times----Hubbell Incorporated, its subsidiaries and affiliates, is an EO Employer AA: M/F/Veteran/Disability.
