US&S is looking for a Business Development Manager - Facility Services in Greenville, SC!We need a Business Devlopment Manager - Facility Services to be responsible for building revenue in target Facility Services markets by locating, developing, defining, and building business relationships. The person in this position generates new business revenue through existing account services and the development of new prospects. He/she develops marketing materials and advises management on effective marketing strategies. The Business Development Manager knows each client's operating profile, current and potential service requirements and labor utilization. This person serves as the subject matter expert regarding all aspects of commercial Facilities (Operations & Maintenance) contracts and is a key consultant to prospective clients, current clients, executive management and employees. The Business Development Manager of Facility Services determines levels of resources required by prospects and assists with writing proposals and bids.Benefits:

      • Bachelor's Degree or requisite experience
      • Working knowledge of OSHA, safety principles, and commercial maintenance operations
      • Ability to pass requirements to obtain a security badge, as needed by the client
      • 5 or more years of experience in commercial Facility/O&M services
      • 2 or more years of effective sales and/or business development experience
      • Strong Interpersonal Skills (Emotional Intelligence)
      • Strong regard for organizing and prioritizing, as well as the ability to meet deadlines
      • Strong oral and written communication skills with attention to detailPreferred Education, Experience & Skills
        • Experience working on service contracts
        • Experience working on Project Management Information Systems
        • Established network in target markets
