We actively promote a work-life balance, priding ourselves in our family-oriented environment.RESPONSIBILITIESThe job responsibilities of the Appointment Setter/Lead Nurturer role is as follows:Relationship Building
    • Set appointments with homeowners
    • Deliver scripted pitch to homeowners and adjust as necessary to meet specific needs.
    • Quick-thinking to adjust scripted conversations and solve issues as they arise
    • Have a friendly, listening ear that uncovers their situational story and set an appointment using your relationship building skills.
    • Remove barriers/obstacles that people may have and problem solve
    • Work with the people on the sales team to hit our monthly and quarterly goals
    • Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals for yourself
    • Enter notes in our CRM so that team members can view the status of customers at any given time
    • Handle vendor and customer questions/issues over the phone and in person: take detailed notes and execute steps needed for resolution in a positive, professional and helpful way
    • Greet clients and other visitors to officeInternal Relationships and Administrative Duties
      • Attend weekly meetings: Monday team meeting
      • Quarterly staff get togethers where we bond as a team
      • Scanning and labeling all incoming paperwork as necessary
      • Draft and edit documents, including letters, policies, procedures, forms
      • Ensure office and office equipment runs smoothly and efficiently
      • Ensure all office supplies and break-room supplies are stocked
      • Keep front office, showroom and conference room maintained.
      • Support sale personnel by creating sales packets
      • Order sales materials
      • Assist with materials needed for home show
      • Work with sales personnel during home shows to assist in scheduling (3 a year)Qualification RequirementsAdministrative Assistant ExperienceScheduling and Appointment Setting ExperienceProficient in Microsoft OfficeConstruction Industry Experience (strongly preferred)Skills and Abilities
        • Strong administrative skills
        • Excellent customer service skills
        • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
        • Able to communicate professionally both internally and externally
        • Demonstrate high level of integrity and strong sense of confidentiality
        • Strong written and verbal communication skills needed
        • Superior attention to detail and accuracy for data entry
        • High performing, independent contributor and team player
        • Able to work calm under pressure
        • Ability to multi-task and clearly prioritize when work volumes increase
        • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
        • Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
        • Ability to work with little supervisionHours are Monday through Friday 9am-3pmJob Type: Part-timePay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hourBenefits:
