HR/Administrative Assistant for NHC HealthCare MauldinNHC HealthCare Mauldin is looking for a HR/Administrative Assistant to join our team! This position serves as the liaison in the initial contact of office personnel with the public. The qualified candidate for this position should act in a courteous and confidential manner. The HR Assistant is also responsible for providing administrative in the areas of recruitment, orientation, New Hire Onboarding, and paperwork. Including but not limited to maintaining partner files.QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software including, MS Word, MS
    PowerPoint and MS Excel required. Working knowledge of MS Publisher, a plus.
  • Administrative experience in a human resource setting preferred, but not required.
  • Be able to work accurately with pressures of deadlines and interruptions while at the same time being well organized, persistent, and working as a team player.
  • Possess good communication and analytical skills with ability to pay attention to details.Position Highlights:
    • Greet and assist visitors
    • Answer phones
    • Filing and typing
    • Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Administrator
    • Provide support in Recruiting new employees
    • Assistant in New Hire Onboarding
    • Provide administrative support and materials for new hire orientation programs
    • Maintain partner files
