THE OPPORTUNITY:
Reporting to the CHRO, the Vice President Total Rewards is responsible for developing, administering and maintaining a competitive, equitable, and cost effective executive and team member total rewards program, inclusive of but not limited to compensation, benefits and wellbeing for Prisma Health. In addition, this Vice President has responsibility for employee health. The Vice President ensures alignment of total rewards to focus and reward staff in fulfillment of Prisma Health's strategies and operating objectives. This leadership role will maintain "State of the Art" total reward systems to attract, retain and recognize team members and leaders for contributions in fulfillment of the Prisma Health mission. The Vice President leads the performance management process and productivity systems to assure appropriate return on investment in people.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must possess more than ten years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, preferably in a corporate or health system role as a Director or Vice President of Human Resources;
- A Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources or a related discipline;
- Experience in an organization with revenues over $2 billion;
- Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to accomplish goals and objectives through teamwork, persuasion and influence;
- Be innovative and creative, balanced with a demonstrated track record of execution of strategies and building sound processes;
- Ability to connect all aspects of the health system in a collaborative fashion, has an accountable leadership style and appreciates the advantages of 'systemness.'
- An authentic leader, effective team player and someone who has a strong sense of humor will be a good fit for this role.
