Job DescriptionPosition Summary: The Director of Talent
Acquisition is responsible for leading the entire talent
acquisition function for the organization including full life-cycle
recruiting, the offer process, recruitment marketing strategies,
pre-employment background checks and onboarding of new employees
into the organization's HRIS. This role will be a member of the
Human Resources Leadership Team and will set strategy and be a
thought leader for the HR Department and the organization. This
position can be based in Greenville, SC or remotely.Essential
Duties and Responsibilities include the following and other duties
that are assigned.
- Set talent acquisition strategy and process for the
organization in order to support rapid growth both organically and
through strategic acquisitions.
- Lead and develop talent acquisition team.
- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
- Lead the transition of the talent acquisition function to
Workday as our new HRIS and ATS.
- Manage a team of recruiters and HR coordinators to support the
organization's staffing and recruitment needs during a time of
rapid growth and service line expansion.
- Recruit for high-level or hard to fill roles as needed.
- Serve as an expert for the talent acquisition function and
provide thought leadership on talent acquisition.
- Use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and
attract quality candidates such as career fairs, on-line job fairs,
community network events, etc.
- Develop advertising programs (internal and external) in order
to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
- Manage internal transfer process including screening,
coordination of interview with hiring manager, offer letter,
transfer, etc.
- Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal
and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals.
- Work with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all
federal/state laws and regulations.
- Manage application/resume file and retention according to
company policy.
- Maintain memberships and affiliations with trade/professional
organizations related to industry.

independently.Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's Degree in
Business/Human Resources/Psychology. At least 7-10 years of
progressive recruiting experience. Management experience preferred.
Must have above average computer skills. Experience leading a
talent acquisition team preferred.
