Job Purpose Armada Analytics, Inc. is a leading commercial real estate advisory firm headquartered in Greenville, SC. We are currently seeking applicants to join our growing company as a Head of Insurance Review Services. The Insurance Department is a rapidly growing service-line at Armada, and we are seeking a well-experienced individual with a depth of experience in commercial insurance reviews, who is a strategic thinker, and innovative in process mapping. The ideal candidate will be a practical problem solver with an entrepreneurial mindset to continue to develop and grow the Insurance Department supporting staff and develop new client relationships. This position will report to Executive Leadership at Armada and work in tandem with other Department Leaders to enhance the vision, strategy, and mission of Armada Analytics. Duties and ResponsibilitiesManages Armada's Commercial Insurance Department and its operationsRecruit, hire, and coach commercial employees in all 50 US states, as well as maintain up to date personnel files according to HR Guidelines and the Head of HRManage, train, evaluate, and motivate employees who are responsible for the completion of commercial real estate insurance review servicesMonitor workloads of staff and adjust as necessaryWork with Executive Leadership to refine and improve processes and proceduresParticipate in special projects at the direction of Executive LeadershipStrong interpersonal skills and team building skills requiredAbility to work remotely and manage remote employeesAttend senior leadership meetings that are focused on company initiativesAbility to travel to the corporate office, as needed, to participate in projects and/or meet business needsEstablish credibility throughout the organization as a problem solver for employee matters and department projects Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or related field A minimum of 7 years in a managerial roleA minimum of 5-years performing quality control on commercial real estate insurance reviews Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to set and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated ability to manage a teamEffective, approachable communicatorSelf-motivated and be able to work independently without close supervisionAbility to work across disciplines to generate new processes and/or resolve issues.Proven ability to successfully prioritize multiple tasks and allocate resources to meet goals.Creative thinker with sound judgmentProven ability to take initiative, think on your feet, and make thoughtful decisions.Highly effective project management and time management skillsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar softwareMust pass all pre-employment screenings Preferred Qualifications 10 years managerial experience performing quality control on commercial real estate insurance reviews Master's Degree in business or related field Experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or FHA specific insurance reviews for commercial lenders CRE (Commercial Real Estate) Debt Critical Competencies Ability to interface with all levels of employees, corporate, groups and department managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCapable of wearing many hats as the company evolves and scaleUnderstands the significance of a company's culture and its power to drive success.Strong influencing skillsCoaching capabilities Embraces diversity Builds a strong team culture PI175192118
