You are eager to drive traffic, acquire users, nurture relationships, and expand our digital footprint.This is an opportunity to share valuable resources, content, and stories of thousands of nonprofits organizations and be the voice of Resilia's mission of powering people changing the world.What you will doAct as Resilia's master marketing content crafter: producing creative, concise, inclusive, and error-free contentCreate and manage a content strategy and editorial calendar encompassing all three products lines - tying directly back to revenue strategyManage, leverage, and strategically repurpose existing content libraryOwn the content process, start to finish for various channels (social, website, blog posts, articles, emails, press releases, case studies, videos, lead magnets, info-graphics, etc.)Collaborate with stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Senior Leadership & R&D) to ensure synchronicity between marketing and all functionsPartner with fellow marketing team members to leverage content, analyze and increase conversion rateOwn organic content distribution strategy and execution (SEO, Pinterest, social media, and other organic channels)Optimize each medium, following and staying up to date on best practicesEmpathize with our users - learning about our customer journey and profilesCreate, test and optimize lead capture landing pages to generate email signups in exchange for high-value contentPerform market research and keyword research, and interview users, clients, and prospective clients to help create content pitches and inform decisionsAnalyze website traffic and behavior and content performance utilizing Google Analytics, Hotjar, Hubspot, and paid advertising platform dataManage external content writer, work with design agency, and collaborate with internal marketing team members to help bring your strategy and ideas into realityLeverage AI writing tools to create content, increase conversion rates, and maximize engagementQualifications5+ years of experience developing B2B content or and/or content strategy at a B2BSaaS company, preferrably at a Nonprofit Tech / Tech for Good / Social good company2+ years nonprofit experience2+ years of experience with SEO and organic marketing2 years of experience with A/B testing1+ years of social media media experienceUser empathy + ability to translate complex products into compelling messagingExperience collaborating across functions (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success)Knowledge of latest marketing best practices, technologies and developmentsStrong verbal and written communication skillsA data-driven mindset; strong desire to solve problems, optimize processes and manage dataWorking knowledge of (or eager willingness to rapidly learn): Pinterest, Google Search Console, Unbounce, Squarespace, SEM Rush, basic HTML, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Youtube, video creation/editing, Sprout Social, Hubspot, UTM TrackingExpert level proficiency with Google Analytics, Canva or Adobe Photoshop, SEO, G-SuiteAbout YouResearcher, phenomenal writer, copy editorGreat eye for design - you know your way around Canva or Adobe Photoshop to create basic attractive graphics or edit photos, and can communicate your ideas to designersStrong project manager who can oversee and prioritize various projects running simultaneouslyAbility to build trust and inclusive relationships with various stakeholders including those with different backgrounds, life experiences and expertiseCommitted to supporting a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative work environmentSelf-starter with a high level of intellectual curiosity that executes independently and takes incredible pride in their work; willingness and ability to learn new conceptsA passion for social media, content marketing, and supporting nonprofitsCompensation & BenefitsWhy Resilia?Resilia powers the people changing the world.Resilia is an inclusive and welcoming workplace where our team thrives on collaboration, creativity, innovation, and fun.
