A technology company has an open position for a Remote ServiceDesk Technical Support Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Driving delivery of run operations in support of a variety of technical capabilities and technologies
Leading a team of 6-8 engineers supporting a variety of technologies
Regularly interfacing and partnering with technical capability product owners, solution architects or other principal team members
Position Requirements Include:

5 to 7 years of experience
Service Desk/RunOps Team Management, Support/Ticketing/Project/SLA driven service
5-7 years Engineering team management, leadership skills, excellent communication
Ability to prioritize and bring projects and service tickets to successful and timely execution
