$1,000 Sign-on Bonus; $500 on first check; $500 after 90 days successful GrayCo Properties is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to fill our Property Manager position at our high-end, luxury apartment complex. We are looking for a professional, experienced person with experience in social media, resident event planning and is 'people person' with exceptional customer service skills. You will be the face and voice of the GrayCo culture with residents, prospects, and employees.The Property Manager position is responsible for the overall management of the apartment community and will ensure that the property meets or exceeds its financial performance targets and ownership objectives. This position is responsible for completion of all daily, weekly and monthly financial and leasing reports as well as manage the eviction process and perform evictions on delinquent residents and minimize delinquencies. Ensure units are ready for move-in. Have the ability to identify and analyze problems and develop and implement decision to achieve objectives that are consistent with management's policies and procedures. This individual will have excellent management and communication skills, conflict management and resolution skills. QUALIFICATIONS A high school diploma or equivalent with the ability to read and write English fluently. Must have a minimum of two to three years previous experience in property management or related field. Must have a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.This position requires the ability to work any of the seven days of the week, 52 weeks of the year. It is critical that individuals be able to work their scheduled hours on a consistent basis.
