Analyst to join our Microsoft 360 Program Operations Network
relationship team.Responsibilities:
- Manage Digital Investment Hub: Project Management of end-to-end
funding process, this includes working with the submission teams on
the business case as well as reporting against the funds
allocated
- Support Microsoft Business Operations: support Global Business
Operations lead in the Advanced Specialization process and in
documenting the process and procedures
- Lead Microsoft Alliance Budget Support: work with the Global
Alliance Operations team to prepare budget files and reports and
present to leadership team
- Support teams in content review for Microsoft Alliance KPMG
internal portal pages
- Prepare leadership and executive reports to present QBRs and
other KPIs as required by teams including the global consolidation
and maintenance
- Assist with end-to-end invoicing process in terms of invoice
review, backup review, global finance review/ feedback, invoice
approvals as required on case-by-case basisQualifications:
- Minimum three years of recent experience in managing IT
projects, preferably in a professional services organization
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college and/or
University
- Strong experience with utilizing various project management
tools
- Experience working globally across line of business
stakeholders, markets, and sectors
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability
to interact with various levels in an organization, with
demonstrated ability to influence, educate and interact with
