Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Digital Strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and oversee digital strategies to support programmatic and revenue goals
Manage teams responsible for regional and national digital campaigns, digital marketing, social media, and web development
Analyze performance data and optimize digital strategy initiatives

Qualifications:

10+ years in a senior role in a digital department or digital-first organization
Deep understanding of audience-first, ROI driven multi-channel approach to membership programs
Experience balancing national and chapter engagements in member journeys
Knowledge of digital media and staying up to date on innovations in all channels
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, and ability to use analytics to inform decision-making
