A company is looking for a Compensation Manager to manage and
administer employer compensation programs, ensure pay equity, and
provide guidance on pay decisions.
Manage and administer complex compensation programs and
Consult with HR and hiring managers to resolve compensation-related
Evaluate market data, job descriptions, and job architecture to
align pay structures with company philosophy
Bachelor's degree in human resources, accounting/finance, or a
5-7 years of experience in base compensation, job analysis, and HR
Experience with compensation tool implementation and ADP
Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail
Preference for professional HR certification such as CCP, PHR,
