About the Position:

Hiring for a Preconstruction Manager, responsible to manage a branch location of the company, estimate, and manage projects for the company. This role is a leader in the company poised for growth, to be well compensated for their leadership and project based abilities.

Requirements:

5+ years experience bidding and purchasing storefront and curtain wall projects.
Knowledge of glass and glazing products.
Knowledgeable with major aluminum systems including Oldcastle, Efco, and Tubelite.
Experience with purchasing storefront related products.
Ability to utilize estimating software such as GDS, PartnerPak or similar.
Ability to prepare submittals for approval.
Knowledge of doors and door hardware.
Successful track record of completed interior and exterior glazing projects.
