Senior Manager Sales Operations

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operationalize the customer journey with clear handoff processes and opportunity management
Analyze pipeline trends, identify blockers, and accelerate deal closure
Establish lead routing protocols and ensure Salesforce serves as the single source of truth

Required Qualifications:

6-8 years of experience in Sales Operations or related field
Proven track record of optimizing sales processes and driving revenue growth
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) administration and functionality
Experience with sales enablement strategies and tools
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
