The Assistant Project Manager will be the liaison with stakeholders, clients, subcontractors, and other team members. This position reports directly to the Project Manager.Position DescriptionPrepare and present project status reports and updatesAssist in resolving project issues and conflictsManage files and documentationAssist with procurement and vendor managementTrack project costs and expensesAssist with site inspections and quality controlMonitor project progress and identify potential problemsAssist with the preparation of bid packages and proposalsParticipate in project meetings and presentationsPerform other duties as assigned by the Project ManagerQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering3-5 years of experience in construction or related fieldStrong organizational and time management skillsKnowledge of construction processes and proceduresFamiliarity with project management software and toolsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsExperience in sitework construction projects is a plusAnility to handle multiple tasks and prioritiesCompensation details: 75000-95000 Yearly SalaryPI854f9de39e84-25660-37286841
