The Assistant Project Manager will be the liaison with stakeholders, clients, subcontractors, and other team members. This position reports directly to the Project Manager.Position Description

• Prepare and present project status reports and updates
• Assist in resolving project issues and conflicts
• Manage files and documentation
• Assist with procurement and vendor management
• Track project costs and expenses
• Assist with site inspections and quality control
• Monitor project progress and identify potential problems
• Assist with the preparation of bid packages and proposals
• Participate in project meetings and presentations
