The role requires occasional travel to divisions to meet with teams and review project sites.Key Responsibilities
  • Review land acquisition projects for feasibility, including due diligence, plans, and budgets.
  • Assist with value engineering, site grading, utility design, and construction processes.
  • Guide division teams in contractor scoping, bidding, and contracting.
  • Ensure project management best practices, schedules, and progress meetings are followed.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams on land development budgets and reporting.
  • Work with the Corporate Field Operations team to uphold safety standards and compliance with OSHA, DOT, SWPPP, and other agencies.
  • Represent the company professionally and promote a safe working environment.Position Standards & Requirements
    • Team player with strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including 10 years in residential development.
    • Experience in land acquisition, planning, engineering, and entitlement processes.
    • Skilled in contractor negotiations and risk management.
