Please review the following job description:
Responsible for quality aspects of Flexible Benefits Administration. This includes development of personnel, procedures and business relationships to enhance product quality.
Responsible for all Relationship Management functions of Flexible Benefits Administration. This includes servicing existing clients as well as onboarding new relationships.

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with existing Flexible Benefits clients and prospects.
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external insurance Brokers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Flexible Benefits clients.
Serves as product expert for Health and Dependent Care FSAs, Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs) and Transportation Spending Accounts (TSAs).
Keep up-to-date on legal issues, regulations, trends, and developments in the health insurance services industry and communicate these changes to staff.
Assist with completion of Request for Proposals (RFPs) as needed.
Coordinate all aspects of new client onboarding activities including implementation calls/webinars, securing executed agreements and establishing on-line access.
Coordinate annual plan renewals for existing clients and identify opportunities to promote additional services.
Participate in client meetings, benefit fairs or enrollment meetings with the ability to travel with possible overnight stays.
Coordinate non-discrimination testing and Form 5500 preparation for clients.
Work with internal teams to resolve client and participant inquiries.
Advise and/or assist in keeping Flexible Benefits marketing materials current.
Draft and maintain Practice procedures related to client service.
Participate and provide information related to internal and external audits as necessary.
Active participation in Flexible Benefits management team.
Recommends operational and system efficiencies for process improvement.
Assists other areas within Practice to provide problem resolution and best client service.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Competencies:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

1. Bachelor---s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent education or related training
2. Five or more years of client relationship management experience

3. Seven or more years of Flexible Benefits administration experience

4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
5. Proficient computer skills, including Outlook, Excel and Word
6. Ability to work in a team environment

7. Ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and contraints
7. Strong analytical and reasoning skills
8. Ability to travel as required

Desired Skills:
1. Advanced certification in Employee with Employers Council on Flexible Compensation (ECFC), or related certification

2. Other insurance industry related training
