Posting Address Hubbell Incorporated 701 Millennium Boulevard Greenville, SC 29607 *KH Position Overview The Supply Chain Project Manager will assist in the development and execution of Supply Chain strategies/project plan for assigned locations/items as it relates to both domestic and off-shore supplied materials/products. This position will work closely with a broad set of Supply Chain Stakeholders not limited to Manufacturing, Purchasing, Product Management, Engineering, External Suppliers, Finance, etc. to develop detailed project planning methods for improved quality/service, reduced costs and increased process standardization. Duties and Responsibilities * Coordinate all assigned projects from inception to completion, clearly communicating both risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle to all stakeholders * Ensures cross-functional alignment on project objectives, develop detailed time lines, project milestone timing, assign task owners and track expected deliverables * Work in conjunction with departmental resources, operational owners, finance team and subject matter experts to evaluate, document, and deliver Supply Chain standard processes and develop qualitative/quantitative analysis to support recommendations * Identify roadblocks and work with the Team to remove barriers to progress * Assist in the creation of a balanced Project management portfolio workload across the Hubbell Lighting brands: Residential, Components and Commercial/Industrial * Broad understanding of end to end supply chain functions: cost structures, demand management, new product development and service capabilities * Identify data needs, source and analyze required data to assist Supply Chain/Operations Leadership in developing their strategies and drive leading-edge thinking * Develop and maintaining strong global network relationships, including internal/supplier site visits and relationships at all levels of their organization * Lead projects with a continuous improvement mindset, leveraging post project completion meetings to recognize/celebrate team successes, identify opportunities for process improvement, and create plans to address in future projects * Assist in the creation of a balanced Project management portfolio workload across the Hubbell Lighting brands: Residential, Components and Commercial/Industrial Skills and Experience * High level of attention to detail with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, adjust priorities, and work in a continuously changing environment to meet critical deadlines * Experience in executing project related deliverables and initiatives in a matrix/multi-site corporate environment * Excellent communication, project coordination and relationship building skills * Strong analytical, business process analysis and problem solving capabilities * Strong interpersonal skills & ability to engage and communicate with internal & external stakeholders * High motivation and results-oriented work ethic * Willingness to travel as needed (approx. 20%) * Proficiency in analytical tools and databases such as Microsoft Excel, SAP, Business Objects, HFM and data analytics processes * Project coordination with manufacturing experience or knowledge preferred * Bachelor's Degree preferred (Business/ Supply Chain / Project Management degree desirable) * 5 years of relevant project coordination experience * CPSM or APICS certification is preferred * Language - ability to speak Spanish will be considered a plus Education Bachelors Degree in Business Hubbell Incorporated, its subsidiaries and affiliates, is an EO Employer AA: M/F/Veteran/Disability.
